What is Cash Flow?
The movement of money into and out of a business over a period, split into operating, investing and financing activities. Positive cash flow means more cash is coming in than going out, supporting day-to-day operations and growth. A business can be profitable on paper yet still fail if it runs out of cash, so cash flow is closely monitored.
