What is Nexus (Corporate Tax)?
A connection that can bring a non-resident person within the scope of UAE Corporate Tax even without a permanent establishment, for example through income derived from immovable property in the UAE. Where a nexus exists, the non-resident may need to register and account for tax on the relevant income. The criteria are set out in Cabinet decisions. Confirm whether you have a nexus with the FTA.
