What is ESR Report?
A more detailed annual filing under UAE Economic Substance Regulations, generally required where a business earned income from a Relevant Activity and is not exempt. It demonstrates how the entity met the economic substance test for the period, supported by evidence of UAE-based management, activity, staff and expenditure.
