What is Initial Approval?
A preliminary no-objection from the UAE licensing authority confirming it has no objection to the proposed business activity and ownership before the full licence is issued. It lets applicants proceed with later steps such as leasing premises and obtaining external approvals, but does not by itself permit trading. Confirm its validity period and conditions with the relevant authority.
