What is Instant Licence?
A fast-track UAE business licence, offered by some economic departments such as Dubai's, that can be issued quickly in a single step for eligible activities, often without an immediate tenancy contract for the first year. It is designed to speed up start-up. Eligible activities, conditions and renewal requirements are set by the issuing department.
