What is Quick Ratio?
A stricter liquidity measure calculated as current assets less inventory, divided by current liabilities. By excluding inventory, which can be slow to convert to cash, it tests whether a business can meet short-term obligations from its more liquid assets such as cash and receivables. It is also widely known as the acid-test ratio.
