What is Unincorporated Partnership?
A contractual partnership without separate legal personality. By default under UAE Corporate Tax it is treated as fiscally transparent, meaning each partner is taxed on their share of income rather than the partnership being a taxable person in its own right. Partners may apply to have it treated as a taxable person instead. Confirm treatment and elections with the Federal Tax Authority.
