What is Employment Contract (UAE)?
A written agreement between an employer and employee in the UAE private sector setting out duties, pay, working hours, leave and notice. Under the current labour law all private sector contracts are fixed-term and must be registered with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation. The contract governs the working relationship. Confirm the required form and terms with MOHRE or a qualified adviser.
