What is Initial Approval (UAE)?
A preliminary consent from the UAE licensing authority confirming it has no objection to a proposed business activity and structure, allowing the applicant to proceed with the next setup steps. It does not by itself permit trading and is typically valid for a limited period. Some activities still need external approvals afterwards. Confirm the validity and conditions with the relevant authority.
