An official document published by the UAE Federal Tax Authority explaining how it interprets and applies the tax law to a particular issue or scenario. Public Clarifications are available to all taxpayers and help businesses apply VAT or Corporate Tax rules consistently. They can be amended or withdrawn, so always rely on the latest version published by the FTA.
